In this role, I learned how to bridge UX thinking with SEO strategy to support both user and business goals. I deepened my understanding of user behavior in fintech platforms and how small UX tweaks can improve retention and conversion. It also strengthened my ability to work with data, prioritize improvements, and collaborate across tech and marketing teams.
